Q:  Does Precision Pointe keep normal business hours at a commercial site?

A:  No.  Precision Pointe conducts most of its business on a by-appointment basis at its workshop located at the residence of the owner.  Like an artisan's shop, Precision Pointe's workshop is open only when detailing work is being conducted.  Precision Pointe gives first priority of work to those vehicles it intends for sale.

 

Q: What is the best way to communicate wtih Precision Pointe? Can Precision Pointe be reached by telephone?

A:  Generally, the quickest method of reaching Precision Pointe is by email, info@precision-pointe.com. This way we can respond from wherever we are.  You may also reach us by phone at 208-691-9694, but we only check messages once a day.  Precision Pointe conducts Restorative Details by appointment only.  See our contact page to send a message to Precision Pointe right from this website.

 

Q:  Can Precision Pointe complete my detailing services on the same day work begins?

A:  Possibly.  Restorative Details (to which is often added extensive paint polishing) are very time consuming and often require multiple days.  This is particularly the case when only a few hours a day can be dedicated to your longer-term project or if you have agreed to have your vehicle completed over a series of days.  Customers whose vehicles cannot be completed in one day may leave their vehicles overnight in Precicion Pointe's secure storage facility.  Maintenance on former-Restorative Details can often be completed in one day.

 

Q:  Does Precision Pointe have a mobile platform?

A:  Yes, a state-of-the-art mobile detailing trailer is available, but is primarily used for car shows and mobile detailing demonstrations.  Occasionally it is used to provide mobile service to customers but at a cost of our time and fuel.  The Precision Pointe mobile platform provides us with every necessary product or tool needed to complete a Restorative Detail.  It looks AWESOME, too!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Q:  What if I need Griot's Garage products and/or tools.  Can I get them even if the workshop is not open?

A:  Yes.  Please email us at info@precision-pointe.com and tell us what you need.  We will make arrangments to meet you at the workshop or at a mutually convenient location as soon as possible.

 

Q:  What forms of payment does Precision Pointe accept for detailing services or Griot's Garage products?

A:  Precision Pointe accepts all common forms of payment.  Cash, check (with proper ID), or credit/debit card.  There is a 3% charge for credit or debit as this is what our merchant services account charges us to take your payment.     

 

Q:  Is Precision Pointe's work THAT much better than your competitors?

A:  Competitors?  Try us out and see. Our work is WORTH EVERY CENT.
